About This Role
Solution Architect to own cross-platform technical architecture (full stack) for complex, real-time fintech systems. Drive design, performance, observability, and user experience, focusing on resilient, scalable platforms in capital markets infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Define/maintain scalable architecture across clients, microservices, API gateways.
- Architect low-latency real-time systems with WebSockets, Kafka, distributed stores.
- Design seamless integration of BFF layers, mobile APIs, hybrid deployments.
- Guide cross-functional teams for maintainable, testable, observable systems.
- Enforce design patterns, development practices, code quality.
- Champion clean API contracts, data validation, service boundaries.
- Mentor leads, set architectural guardrails, resolve key tech decisions.
- Drive system observability: logs, metrics, tracing, alerts.
- Translate product/user needs into resilient technical architecture.
- Lead architectural reviews, PoCs, performance tuning.
Requirements
8+ years architecture, backend/frontend engineering, platform design.Expertise: Golang, C++, or high-performance languages for microservices.Deep understanding: React, Flutter, hybrid client-side architectures.Hands-on: REST, WebSockets, GraphQL, Kafka, real-time streaming APIs.Cloud-native design: Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Azure/AWS.Practical CI/CD, IaC, Observability (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).Distributed DBs (PostgreSQL, Redis, CockroachDB) and OLAP (Pinot, Superset).QA automation strategy, CI integration, real-time test observability.Collaborate with UI/UX, translating financial workflows.Experience with regulated, high-availability platforms.

Prior system-wide architectural transformation ownership.Exposure to design systems, accessibility, i18n in trading UIs.Experience implementing rules engines (Drools or similar).Familiarity with mobile-first, offline-first, device-aware hybrid app architectures.Comfort working with QA/SRE teams on fault tolerance, retries, graceful degradation.
